What kind of warranty Do you offer?

As a custom home builder, not only do we offer the industry standard Tarion warranty, but we also stand behind the work we do. We offer a comprehensive 5-year guarantee alongside various manufacturers’ warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years. Our process is tailored to meet the unique needs of individual homeowners while adhering to the industry’s highest standards.

We are thinking of Building, what does the process look like?

Our full service, customer focused approach covers all the legal requirements necessary to bring your vision to reality. This includes acquisition of the necessary building permits, lot servicing, any minor variance or zoning applications, and all legal requirements necessary.


Step 1: Contact us to set up a discuss your vision.

Step 2: We review your property if you have one and find out about any restrictions to keep in mind (eg. zoning, escarpment commission restrictions, conservation authority restrictions etc.)

Step 3: Together we’ll come up with preliminary budget and sketches that suit your needs.

Step 4: Take the time to review and adjust as necessary (as many times as necessary).

Step 5: Meet with architect and discuss preliminary ideas.

Step 6: Allow customers time to review and adjust and as necessary.

Step 7: Review and approve final drawings and estimates.

Step 8: Construction begins, but you’re not done! As the project progresses, we and our experienced team of trades remain in regular contact with you, ensuring every detail is done to your specifications and you are well informed of the progress on your home.
