Our History
Henley Heights Construction was founded in 1986 by Laurus Sinke and his father, John Sinke. The father-son partnership lasted until 2001, when John retired. Drawing from their expertise in concrete work and framing, along with a strong interest in developing small infill properties within city limits, the company built its first model home in 1990.
In 2013, Laurus’ son, Tim Sinke, joined the company and became an integral part of its operations. This partnership continued until 2024, when Laurus retired and Tim assumed full ownership of the firm.
Ownership Today
Tim’s passion for real estate began in his teenage years and mirrored his grandfather’s enthusiasm for development. As soon as he had his drivers licence, he attended town meetings to observe development applications.
Tim also shares his father’s dedication to creating designs tailored to each client’s specific needs, wants, and budget. He is committed to carrying projects through to completion with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional personalized service.
